Design
It’s very important to start with a good design. Appropriate PLCs, cameras, lenses, lights, sensors, robot arms, conveyors, actuators, and controllers should be selected. The motion system should be simple, but still able to do the job. The software should be created using best practices. Optozilla LLC has the engineering know-how and experience to do make sure the project is headed for success from the start.
Assembly
Optozilla LLC can assemble and test the system, then come to your site to install it.

Optozilla LLC is capable of programming a variety of brands of vision controllers, PLCs, robots, and computer languages including Keyence, Cognex, LMI (Gocator), Acuity, National Instruments (LabVIEW and VBAI), Epson, Universal Robot, Fanuc, Allen Bradley Rockwell, Siemens, Automation Direct, Teknic, NVIDIA Jetson (using Python and OpenCV), and many more.
