Water Filter Test System

An Optozilla engineer wrote the LabVIEW software to control this water filtration test system. This included integration with a modbus to IO Link adapter, then the connection to several IO Link sensors. They software also connected to electrical test hardware that was used to test the water filter’s electronics. The system was designed to perform tests over the course of many hours and even days. All of the data is displayed on the user interface and saved to file. If the readings from the sensors indicate that there is a problem with the test, the software will automatically abort in order to avoid damaging the unit under test.
